Located in the Capitol of New York (Albany), Habana Premium Cigar Shoppe was started in 1996 by Scott Bendett. His love of this hobby prompted him to open a kiosk in the Colonie Center Mall with 15 boxes of cigars and a dream. From there he opened a retail location in the mall and shortly following that launched PipesandCigars.com. We've been online since 1999 and have delivered 100's of thousands of packages to customers the world over.
