AVO Maduro #9

This cigar is just as well put together as any Avo. The wrapper was not as dark as other maduros on the market, yet is still a maduro, with a beautiful, soft, oily, brown-black wrapper leaf. It cuts well and the pre-light draw is perfect. As one would expect, the excellent construction allows this cigar to burn well, and produces a pleasant amount of nice smoke. The toasty, spicy intense aromas are facilitated by a great draw, with underlying touches of roasted coffee and caramel, with a touch of sweetness, giving it a very harmonious taste that is increases in body as the cigar progresses. It leaves a toasty, spicy tart finish that is very pleasant. The smoke is relaxing, with a cozy, pleasant feel. Its nutty medium-bodied character, complemented by its with sweet notes make a nice robusto. Measures 4 3/4 X 48
