Dunhill Early Morning Alternative (by the ounce)

Not having tried Dunhill EMP, I approached this with no preconceived notions. This blend is flat and flavorless except for the unpleasant aftertaste. Room note is OK but nothing to brag about. It might be useful as a filler to mix with a harsh blend but cannot stand on it's own. First and last purchase of this stuff.

I like this blend it is a very good alternative.

GUess I am just more into aromatic or the darker more aromatic blends. Not a bad smoke but probably wont be one I will be ordering again. But I must say everyone has their different tastes and expectations, just wasnt one for my preference.

This is just not my type of pipe tobacco. I do not like it at all.

I found tis through trial and error and it is my current favorite.

It's difficult to find blends I like because names of ingredients mean nothing to me.

Sara tried to help me match a Savenilli tin I got free with a pipe order, but it is too sweet for me. I wonder whether she or Russ mught make other suggestions?

Alot of folks would consider this a pretty good all day smoke. Great aroma, taste, very satisfying. I might like this a little bit more than the original, but can't tell you why. I just notice that I keep loading it up ahead of some of my other favorites. But I do not believe it to be a "mild" first smoke of the day! Classic English...
