Order Fulfillment
We strive to process every order
quickly and most orders are filled within 24-36 hours from the time
they are placed and in some cases could be a bit longer based on the
amount of orders received on a particular day. Weekends and holidays
are not counted. Customers who choose expedited shipping (i.e. Next
Day Air etc.) will normally ship the same day provided orders are
received before 12 Noon EST. In the case of an out of stock item we
will make every attempt to notify you by phone and/or email as soon
as possible. |

Shipping Costs
PipesandCigars.com uses Real-Time
shipping. Our shopping cart calculates the actual shipping costs
based on weight and destination and will be displayed during the
checkout process.

New York State Residents
New York State Residents must allow for State Tax(8.00%) and Tobacco Tax(33%).
This includes any tobacco purchased from a different state, province, or country
being shipped to a location inside New York State, USA. This Tax will be
manually added to your order after checkout and only applies to tobacco items. |

We are glad to ship to APO/FPO
addresses. All orders will be shipped via USPS. |

Checks and Money
Orders
We gladly accept checks and Money
orders. Age verification may apply. To use this service please phone
1-800-494-9144 and have a customer service representative take your
order and give you an accurate total. If paying by check we may
require a clearing period prior to shipping your order. For
international orders please refer to our International Policy. |

All offers good while supplies last.
Promotions and deals may be modified, substituted, or discontinued with the
depletion of supplies. Not responsible for typographical errors.

Incorrect Order Policy
Upon receipt of your order, if you find there is something missing or defective, you need to contact us within 48 hours for an authorization number for replacement or refund.
Failure to do so will result in our inability to make good on the order.
Although we strive for perfection, mistakes do happen and with your help we can continue to improve our abilities.

Incorrect Address
Policy
Please be very careful when entering
your shipping information. We will do everything in our power to make sure your
package is labeled correctly based on the information you provide us. If
this information is incorrect and UPS has to make an adjustment during delivery
you will be charged the amount UPS charges us for the correction.

Return Policy
All returned orders must have an return authorization number and be returned unused within 14 days in original packaging.
If you do not acquire an return authorization number prior to returning, your
return will be subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges are non
refundable unless the order is incorrect or damaged. Please contact us for a
return authorization number.

International Orders
PipesandCigars.com welcomes International
Orders only after a customer has read and agreed to our policy.
PipesandCigars.com reserves the right to cancel, hold, or decline any order we
deem suspect without notification.
PipesandCigars.com will not be held responsible for any foreign fees incurred
and said fees will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. These fees could
include, but are not limited to, duties, import fees, excise taxes, etc. In
addition any packages confiscated, destroyed, or held by customs is also the
responsibility of the customer. Any package returned to us by their local Customs due to non-entry into their Country will be refunded to the purchaser, less shipping. If the contents were perishable and are no longer sellable, a 10% restocking fee will be imposed. Packages will be shipped via USPS Global Express unless a less expensive
alternative is found.
We will mark the package with the exact contents.
