Why doesn't my country's name appear in the drop-down country list?

If you are unable to find your country in our list of countries we ship to, this is most likely due to customs restrictions or prohibitions.

What countries does PipesandCigars ship to?

Will I need to pay duties, fees and taxes when my package arrives?

Any duties or fees imposed will be the responsibility of you the customer. We have no way of knowing what they may be.

My country is on the list, but when I place an order I get an error.

"Real-Time Shipping Error: USPS Error - Invalid Country Name"

How do you ship International Orders?

We ship all international orders via USPS Global Express. We understand this is a more expensive option, but USPS Global Express offers both speed and tracking.

Will you mark my International Package as a Gift or Hobby Supplies?

We are required by law to fill out all customs forms completely and accurately. This includes information about pricing and contents.
