I had given my old address by mistake on the online order form.  One of the men called me on the phone and questioned the address stating that he wanted to make sure the order went right out to me ASAP. Then another man called me to apologize but that one of the items was out of stock and he suggested another that was more but he would substitute for the same price. They were very nice and when asked if they would give advice on tobaccos he said they love it. The order went out within two hours and I am very happy with my order. A great place to go.
