The man who started it all. Scotty started Habana Premium Cigar Shoppe with 15 boxes of cigars and a dream. Today, Habana is a world wide leader in retailing pipes, cigars and tobaccos.

Steve is the controller of the company and is in charge of paying the bills and doing the tax work. You will frequently find him assisting customers. He's definately a hands on guy and does anything and everything to help the company.

Russ Ouellette (Retail)
Russ is the retail store (Habana's) manager. He is what we call our Master Blender and he blends all the tobaccos for Habana and www.pipesandcigars.com. He is currently regarded as one of the best blenders in the country.

John is a young man who is currently attending RPI (Rennselaer Polytechnic Instiutute), and has fallen in love with cigars. For a young man he has quite a palate for cigars.

Carlos is a part timer in the store who fell in love with cigars and started working here to support his expensive tastes. He has also learned how to roll cigars.

Deb Scarborough (Warehouse)
Debbie joined us in 2007 and has taken over the customer service responsibilities. She handles 70% of all the phone calls we take and she is your first line of contact for phone orders. Deb also helps out with tracking, order filling and any other job we need help with.

Jason is the man everyone goes to for day to day questions. His experience is in the cigar field and brings his knowledge of operations to our team. Jason has a levelling demeanor that helps us all in our duties.
