The perfect set for a newbe or the experienced everyday piper. Both tobaccos are good aromatic blends and a good quality pipe you would expect from a Peterson Aran. I received the bent saddle bit F/T. Well worth the $$.

The pipe was not the one in the picture but I like the one they sent much better. It is more a calabash or Dublin style pipe and is very nice. South Seas and Great Outdoors are the 2 tins they sent and I'm enjoying them both but prefer the Great Outdoors which has a liquorish aroma when you open the can .

The pipe in the set smaller and not at all tapered to a broad bottom as shown in the image. It is the same color and the same wood pattern. The tobacco is fine and the service was good. The pipe was a let-down. Simply change the photo and I would be fine.

What a great package - a super pipe for everyday smoking, some very good tobacco and nice accessories at an unbeatable price.
