Blending - Large Virginia Flake is one of the great blending tricks that you can use. If a blend needs that singular hay/grass/citrus that only bright Virginia can deliver, you might need to watch out for how hot the blend burns, because bright Virginia ribbon can smoke fast and hot. By cutting the tobacco into chunkier pieces, it slows down the rate of combustion helping to keep the mixture a little less hot.

Please note: Some of our blending tobaccos arrive in a dry state from the manufacturer since they don't add humectants to these tobaccos. We aren't allowed by law to add any moisture to the tobaccos we sell, so they may arrive rather dry, but will rehumidify easily.
