Cornell & Diehl Small Batch Folklore

Cornell & Diehl introduces their latest Small Batch release - Folklore. This 16 oz. cake is pressed using five distinctly different Virginia varietals with a judicious amount of Perique, and the inclusion of Kasturi Oriental leaf. There's a mélange of flavors here that encompass sweetness, hints of citrus and dark, dried fruit, woodiness, nuttiness, and a bit of pepper. This limited release should age beautifully, so enjoy some now and jar up the rest to allow it to become richer, sweeter, and smoother.
