Vengeur Silver has been my daily smoke for 2 years. This product is mild with no harsh overtones, with perfect flavor and strength for me. I've tried many others and silver reigns supreme. Sometimes, I add a bit of Turkish to achieve my perfect RYO.

Rich Partner to PS 84

Flavor is great by itself but very light. However, I discovered that mixing a 50/50 with Peter Stokkebye 84 Turkish adds a whole other level of flavor. For myself, this blend been the utmost in richness and flavor. Very satisfying.....

You can't beat this for MYO smokes!

OMG, this is great stuff for the MYO smoker. Very smooth and full-flavored, with just the barest sweet undertone. Very well rounded. I taste a bit of floral or citrus, owing I suspect to the fractional oriental content. I infrequently get a cigar note, but it isn't objectionable. oweringly sweet. The Silver reminds me of Winston Red's, or perhaps Camel smokes, but that's just me. Many folks compare it to Marlboro Red's and Lights, but I frankly don't see any similarity. I was never a fan of the typically dry, thin, woody, tasteless tobaccos Marlboro used. This Silver is far more flavorful and satisfying. Honestly, it's a mouthful that is almost good enough to eat! Nicotine hit is low, but the wonderful flavor mitigates that shortcoming. There is no objectionable aftertaste or room note. D&R does a pretty good job of cleaning the product of stems and dust, but I still have to sift through it to cull the stuff that should not find its way into a cigarette. Absolutely no harshness, and no throat burn whatsoever . . . and I go through a pack of these each day! Beyond all that, P&C's price+shipping is the best in the business.
