El Gueguense
Proudly Nicaraguan...
El Gueguense (el-wah-when-say) is the initial offering from the Foundation Cigar Company, created by Nicholas Melillo after leaving Drew Estate, and what a way to get started.
El Gueguense means "the wise man", which is the oldest Nicaraguan play. The namesake cigar is a Nicaraguan puro, which is perfectly fitting. The wrapper is a Nicaraguan Corojo '99 with a silky russet-colored sheen. The core is a combination of Corojo and Criollo long-fillers, all contributing to a full-bodied experience. This is a bold, complex and rich blend, delivering notes of cedar, dark fruit, coffee, earth. sweet spice and pepper. If you're a fan of Nicaraguan cigars (and who isn't?), you absolutely have to try El Gueguense.
*MSRP stands for "manufacturer's suggested retail price," which is the price recommended by the manufacturer or exclusive distributor for retail sale. This suggested retail price, also referred to as the "list price," serves as a guideline for pricing the product.
