Wonderful flavor. Had to learn

Wonderful flavor. Had to learn how to prepare it. Quick YouTube search fixed that. Will be a standard from now on. Keeping a couple of tins in my cellar just in case.
p.s. nice room note. I can smoke it in the house.

I love 3p, it's a fantastic smoke with lots of body. the flavor ranges anywhere from tart fruit to dark fruit to bready notes. So I don’t have an exceptional pallet. I can pick up different tobacco smells from the tin but when I’m smoking it’s really the overall flavor that I like or don’t. ring it is a little time consuming but it’s worth the effort. It also takes a bit of relighting to get through a bowl. I usually just have a small bowl because the nicotine hit is noticeable. My every day (sometimes all day) tobacco’s are codger and light English blends. Good quality leaf is going to be enjoyable in whatever type I smoke, so I recommend this one. It’s a bit pricey so watch for deals and put some in your cellar it’s one to keep stashed away. Not that it matters but I’ve been smoking pipes for several decades so now I can say I like what I like. If you’re new to the hobby don’t worry, you’ll figure it out! Read Less

That said, and while plug is "advanced" in terms of pipe smoking skills, this plug is a good place to start: the results are rewarding. Once I've prepared my flakes this crumbles into a smooth, surprisingly cool and flavorful smoke. Flavor is high, dense and rich. Just take your time with the preparation. The added reward is it's a slow burning bowl, again, much like flake, and you'll enjoy a long, tasty smoke. My "go to" when I want a long sit and smoke, possibly with a good book. Read Less
