Rattray's Black Mallory
Black Mallory is another example of the Scottish blend - a combination of Virginias, Orientals, Latakia and black Cavendish. Since Rattray's was founded in Perth, Scotland, many people believe that since they made a number of variations of this kind of mixture, They're the reason these blends are called "Scottish". Black Mallory has more Latakia than Red Rapparee, and has a deeper, smokier flavor, but it's never overwhelming.
