The wrapper of Catch Twenty-Two is a fairly dark Corojo with significant oils. The filler blend combines leaf from Honduras and Mexico that contribute to a nice palate of flavors, including chocolate, earth and nutmeg, with just enough sweetness for perfect balance. Catch Twenty-Two is flavorful, but mellow enough to enjoy almost any time, and at this price, you can afford to.

First Experience back to Cigars With Rocky Patel Catch 22 Toro

ed up with slight canoeing throughout the experience.

The Good: Once It was well lit it never went out during the entire session The canoeing was minimal. I never got the chocolate notes the product description talks about. BUT it was my first stogie out of a lengthy break from any kind of tobacco use. I definitely got some nice earthy oakiness and notes of nutmeg. I'm gonna do my usual very slightly damp paper towel in an airtight container with the cello opened up but not torn with the cigars to slightly humidify them. I don't think they need a total reconditioning just a spruce up. Then i'll be able to get it well lit and the draw should get decently improved. Gonna do a slight rolling in my hands before the recondition to loosen up the filler just very slightly. Also going to slow down with this one as i forgot to do a 45 second countdown between draws. I did enjoy the experience immensely regardless of the issues with lack of moisture and draw. I'm not ready to recommend yet but will update after having one or two more. Definitely an otherwise well crafted cigar all around, a dime sized wafer of the cap was all it took to open this baby up with the guillotine cutter i bought with them. Loved the company i kept during the experience as well, they kept me laughing so i didn't get too wound up in what i was doing. No one pitched their nose at the aroma and some of my friends have issues being around cigar smoking but they had zero complaints for me. Read Less
