Room 101 FARCE
Matt Booth stepped away from the cigar world for a bit, but he's decided to return and he's doing it in a big way - Room 101 FARCE.
The name seems, well, a little odd from a marketing viewpoint, but this is a legit stick. It's clad in an oily, dark Ecuadorian Habano wrapper which conceals an Indonesian binder. The long-fillers consist of leaf from the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, and Pennsylvania. This five-country blend exhibits a warm sweetness with subtle baking spices, and some black pepper. What I love is that he included my favorite vitola - a 6.5" x 42 Lonsdale, which you don't often see anymore. Ignore the name and try Room 101 FARCE, because it definitely isn't one.
